GEM-The National Consortium for Graduate Degrees for Minorities in Engineering and Science (GEM Consortium) works to increase minority representation in science and engineering by providing resources for minority students pursuing advanced degrees. INROADS-An organization that works to increase minority representation in business and other disciplines, at the undergraduate level, by matching student interns with employers. MINORITY PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATIONS WITH STUDENT MEMBERS-Contact information for and links to minority professional associations with student members/chapters. NATIONAL ACTION COUNCIL FOR MINORITIES IN ENGINEERING-(NACME) NACME conducts research that is widely used by industry, government, and academia; develops university and pre college programs; and is the nation's largest private source of scholarships for minority students in engineering.
